Is 1:1 or group tuition better?
As with all parenting decisions, selecting the best type of tuition for your child can be a difficult choice to make. Many parents presume that 1:1 tuition will be the most beneficial, however there are many benefits to group tuition that go beyond saving money. In this blog post, I will explore the pros and cons of group and 1:1 tuition.

Many parents contact me only looking for 1:1 tuition and are reluctant to give group tuition a chance, but I truly feel that the benefits of group tuition outweigh the cons. Group tuition is an effective and affordable way to begin 11+ tuition. The more familiar ‘classroom’ environment helps children to feel comfortable and get into the mindset for learning and the social aspect of group tuition supports learning and memory. With the right tutor, your child’s individual needs will be met in a small group environment and your child will be supported to fulfil their potential.
