Harriet Dainty

Hi, I’m Harriet! I’m the tutor at HQ Learning and I will be teaching the 11+ Holiday course.

I am a fully qualified teacher with over nine years of teaching experience teaching in Key Stages 1 and 2. I have been a private tutor since starting HQ Learning in 2022. I have had great success with all of my students, including many who I have tutored for the 11+.

  • To book a place on the course, simply complete the form to register your interest and I will be in touch to confirm your booking.

  • Tuition for the course will be classroom based with written materials provided. The course is created and taught by experienced teachers with expert 11+ knowledge. The content is based on the GL exam as this is the exam board used in Warwickshire. Lessons are designed to engage and challenge the students to master the most important 11+ subjects and exam technique.

  • Due to the intensive nature of the course, it would be beneficial for children to have had prior tuition, however it is not necessary. By registering for the holiday course, you will also have access to a 50% discount on the online courses to help top up your child’s tuition.

  • All of the written course materials will be provided. Students may wish to bring their own stationery or pencil case to use during the lessons. Students should also bring a water bottle and a small, healthy snack to have during the morning.

  • Tutors will be available at the start at the end of each session for brief, verbal feedback. At the end of the week, parents will receive a detailed report on their child’s progress during the week and their results in the mock exam.
